It’s so interesting to think how our homes have evolved over the years and, in this instance, we can actually see for ourselves!
I love these pictures from Poppy at A Sunny Island, with her home flashback.

It’s so lovely to ring the changes! The dining room is my favourite transformation! Plus I love the pink tiles in the kitchen too :)
Second fave post came from Beth, who writes over at Betty and the Bumps.
Her fab blog shows how she’s updated her daughter Gwenn’s room using some fabulous wallpaper from Graham and Brown.

Such a difference!! It looks gorgeous doesn’t it?
I wallpapered the ceiling in our guest-bedroom earlier in the year with a sky inspired paper — not clouds but little blue-birds. Amazing what a difference some patterned paper can make to a room.
Thanks for choosing me! I genuinely never would have expected it; I always feel silly for linking up when I see everybody else’s amazing homes! xx
Aaah pet!! You shouldn’t feel silly!!!! You should show your home off with pride — Gwenn’s room is absolutely lovely! :) xx
Thanks for co-hosting #HomeEtc and linking up again this week.

There’s no need for you to apologise lovely! Everyone deserves to have a break every now and then (especially if it involves going to Portugal!). It looked like you had an amazing time!
Thanks so much for hosting #HomeEtc xxx
Thanks SO much — that’s lovely of you! I did feel bad not commenting — just ran out of time last week completely!! Thanks so much pet xx
I would say it was a well deserved break Caro. Fair play to Jess for taking it all on.
Aaah thanks lovely. I had fully intended to host but literally just didn’t have time. Thankful for the time off :)
